Goa: The International Day of Yoga was celebrated in a grand manner at Shree Kshetra Tapobhoomi Goa, where esteemed spiritual leader and Padma Shri awardee, Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji, added an aura of grandeur to the event on June 21, 2023. The celebration, jointly organized by several renowned institutions, aimed to promote the timeless wisdom of Yoga and its significance in fostering unity, peace, and well-being.
In his address, Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji emphasized that Yoga is one of the incredible gifts of Santan Dharma (ancient Hindu wisdom) to the world. Assistant Superintendent Archaeologist, Dr. Varad Sabnis, Shri Ramesh Patil (HR Manager, Colgate-Palmolive), and Gurumata Adv Brahmideviji, President of Sadguru Yog Gurukul and Shree Datta Padmanabh Peeth, along with General Manager Shubhakshan Naik, graced the celebration.
